Company ethics
Integrity, objectivity, honesty and responsibility are fundamental ethical values guiding the activities of the public companies that form part of the Public Business Corporation of Navarra.
For this reason, since 2018 all public companies of the Government of Navarra have operated under a Code of Ethics and Conduct, which formally sets out values, principles and ethical standards of behaviour. The Code has regulatory status within our organisations and serves as the general framework and guiding reference for the perfomance of our dutis, ensuring ethical and responsible conduct at all times.
All employees and civil servants assigned to the public companies of the Government of Navarra under special service arrangements are requiered to conduct their activities in accordance with the ethical values established in this Code and to uphold its principles through the application of the standards of conduct it sets forth.
The Code applies to all individuals working within the public companies of the Government of Navarra, regardless of their hierarchical position. It therefore applies to all employees, whether on permanent or temporary contracts, as well as senior management and members of the board of directors.

As part of its commitment to legal compliance and the prevention of any criminal activity, Sodena has implemented a Crime Prevention Programme approved by its Board of Directors.
INFORMATION CHANNELS
In compliance with Law 2/2023 on the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and on the fight against corruption, an Information Channel is available to employees of the public companies of Navarra, as well as to any external individual.
The purpose of this channel is to facilitate the early detection of potential irregularities, misconduct or situations that could be detrimental to Sodena, ensuring their confidential assessment and the processing of any corresponding procedure where appropriate.
