Its objectives include assessing the general state of foreign capital investment projects in the region, identifying potential investments linked to the region’s sustainable development strategy (S4) and preventing relocation processes. It also aims to improve communication between the regional administration and multinational companies already established in the region in order to achieve a fluid relationship that helps and facilitates both the management and processing of permits, regulations and the application of legislation, among other bureaucratic and administrative processes.
